1.2. HosterOcean.com reserves the right to terminate any account that violates these Terms without prior notice.

1.3. These Terms are subject to change without notice. Subscribers are encouraged to review the latest version of these Terms periodically at https://hosterocean.com/terms-and-conditions.

2.1. HosterOcean.com offers domain registration, website hosting, and email services. We reserve the right to modify, change, or discontinue any service at any time, and to adjust service charges accordingly.

2.2. Email access and website services are terminated upon service expiry or account deletion.

3.1. HosterOcean.com reserves the right to change service or product prices at any time. Subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price changes.

3.2. It is the Subscriber’s responsibility to review billing information provided by HosterOcean.com.

4.1. Accounts with a 30-day money-back guarantee may be cancelled within 30 days of the start of the term. Written refund requests must be submitted to the HosterOcean.com Support Team within 30 days.

4.2. Refunds will not include domain charges.

5.1. Dedicated servers and administrative fees for custom software installation or support are non-refundable.

6.1. Subscribers may terminate or cancel any services provided by HosterOcean.com with written notice via email.

7.1. HosterOcean.com is not liable for any damages to Subscribers’ businesses, organizations, or entities. We do not make any warranties for our services, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8.1. Subscribers use our services at their own risk. While we provide backup services, we do not guarantee the availability of backups or the restoration of lost data.

8.2. Subscribers are responsible for maintaining their own backups.

9.1. Subscribers may not use our hosting services for illegal or unauthorized purposes, including file hosting, image hosting, or any type of file sharing.

10.1. Subscribers must ensure that their use of our services does not excessively burden our servers or harm performance.

11.1. Subscribers may not use our services to send unsolicited commercial emails or engage in spamming activities.

12.1. Subscribers may not upload, store, or transmit any offensive, harmful, or illegal content.

13.1. HosterOcean.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time, with or without notice.

14.1. HosterOcean.com may terminate a Subscriber’s use of services at any time, with or without cause, and without notice.

15.1. HosterOcean.com offers a one-time free migration service for new Subscribers switching from another hosting provider. This service is only available within the first 7 days after the purchase of a new hosting plan.

15.2. Subsequent migration requests or requests made after the 7-day period will incur additional charges.

16.1. HosterOcean.com may modify, add, or delete any part of these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be posted on the HosterOcean.com website.
